Medically Cleared: Time To Get Healthy!

I had my check up today (06/19/2013).
It was two weeks earlier but he said that everything is looking good and I was cleared for exercise, work and sex. All in all it was rather boring. However, I did get put back on birth control and I talked to my doctor about my PPD. I got prescribed Zoloft which I started taking today. I'm not supposed to notice any change until 2-3 weeks from now, but I'm excited to feel like myself again!

The point of this post is that now that I've been cleared, I can start to get fit. I'm thinking of at some point starting to run. My husband started when he decided to join the Army and he really loves it, so I was going to give it a shot too! I'm going to start light though. I've never really done much in the way of exercise. I'm excited to get started! Even if I don't lose a lot of weight, my whole goal is to be healthy and happy.

Physically, I don't really care to lose too much in weight or even pants size. I mostly just want to tone up. I like my hips etc. I love being curvy. I just hate my belly. That's really all I want to change.

My pre-pregnancy weight: 230lbs
Top pregnancy weight: 250lbs
My Current Weight: 234lbs
My Goal Weight: 170lbs

Mostly, I just want to be under 200lbs again. I never thought I would get this big and I never want to be this big again. However, this journey will mostly be to love myself, no matter how I end up.
